The Board of Trustees acts under the statutory framework of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, registered at Kakori, Lucknow. Operating across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Delhi, the board ensures that all cases undergo physical inspection, clinic records are verified by licensed medical officers, and financial accounts are audited in accordance with the Income Tax Department regulations.

Trustee meetings are convened quarterly to review financial statements, approve clinic expenditures, and audit case approvals. Resolutions are formally recorded in accordance with Indian Trust law.

All collections are held in statutory bank accounts. Outflows are certified by registered chartered accountants under PAN AAGTR1021C.
